For over 15 years, we’ve worked alongside young adults as they made the transition from high school to higher education. Along the way, we saw something missing: students were being prepared for academic success, but not always for the realities of adult life.

That insight shaped Start Life, a programme designed to help young people step into adulthood with greater clarity, confidence and real world readiness.

We partner with industry experts and global learning organisations to give students access to practical insights, meaningful experiences and real world perspectives, so that the choices they make after school are intentional, informed and empowering.

Through a practical, experience led curriculum, students discover who they are, explore where they want to go and develop the skills to get there. They learn how to communicate with confidence, identify career and skilling opportunities, think entrepreneurially, manage money, and make informed decisions about their future and wellbeing.

The programme goes beyond the classroom, giving students opportunities for real world exposure, practical learning and meaningful experiences. They bring it all together through a Capstone Project and Showcase, where they apply what they’ve learned, demonstrate their ideas and present their work with confidence.
